(September 15, 2025) IRPC Public Co., Ltd. has been recognised with the “Climate Action Excellence Awards 2025” for its outstanding performance in greenhouse gas management. The honour was received on behalf of the company by Mr Pongsak Wattanakarunwong, Senior Vice President of Sustainable Strategic Plan, and presented by Mr Kittipong Limsuwanroj, Executive Director and Chairman of the Climate Change Pillar of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), during the Climate Change Forum 2025: Driving towards Net Zero, held at M Tower, Bangkok.

Organised by the Climate Change Institute (CCI) under the FTI, the forum provided a platform for sharing knowledge on climate change and accelerating Thai industry’s journey towards the Net Zero goal.

IRPC stated that the award highlights its success in climate change management through the integration of ESG principles across environmental, social, and governance dimensions, reaffirming its commitment to reaching Net Zero emissions by 2050.

(September 11, 2025) Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Co.,Ltd. together with the management team and employees of IRPC Public Company Limited, welcomed shareholders participating in the “Shareholders’ Company Visit 2025” program. The event was held to promote shareholders’ rights, reinforce transparency in operations, and provide shareholders with the opportunity to closely learn about the company’s progress at the IRPC Innovation Center in Rayong Province.

During the event, shareholders visited the IRPC Innovation Center, attended a business overview presentation, engaged in Q&A and discussions with the management team, as well as toured the IRPC Industrial Estate and PTT LNG Company Limited in Rayong Province.

On September 6, 2025, Miss Somruidee Charoenkrongsakul, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, IRPC Public Company Limited, led the CACG team to participate in the National Anti-Corruption Day event held at the Professor Sangvien Indaravijaya Auditorium, the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The event was organized by the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT) under the theme “No Corruption, No Progress. Is It True?” to foster awareness and a strong sense of integrity in combating corruption at all levels of society. The event gathered representatives from the business sector, government agencies, and civil society organizations.

IRPC’s participation reflects the Company’s strong commitment to playing an active role in driving Thai society toward greater transparency and sustainability.

Mr. Apichit Wongpanit, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Organization Effectiveness and Digital, together with executives of IRPC Public Company Limited, welcomed Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, President & Chief Executive Officer of PTT Public Company Limited, who visited IRPC Digital’s booth at PTT Group Digital & AI Day 2025. The event was held under the theme “AXIS: You & AI Forward Together” to showcase visions and approaches in applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advancing digital transformation. It also aimed to foster collaboration and engagement across PTT Group companies in driving joint digital strategies.

The event featured stage sessions, an innovation showcase, and exhibition booths from PTT Group companies and partner organizations.

IRPC Digital presented three key innovations:

• i-Flare – An AI/ML-powered flare detection system with automated alert functions and regulatory-compliant reporting, enhancing environmental management efficiency.

• MIP Microscope Image Processing – An automated image analysis and processing program that delivers accurate and rapid results, reducing errors and improving efficiency in research, product development, and quality control.

• Hi-Chat Internal AI – An intelligent in-house digital assistant capable of retrieving, analyzing, and summarizing information with accuracy and security. Operating within a 100% closed system, it empowers employees to fully embrace digital transformation.
