Mr. Sirimet Leepakorn, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), together with PTT Group, delivered relief supplies through the Ministry of Energy to provide relief to people affected by flooding in several areas. The assistance was received by Mr. Akanat Promphan, Minister of Energy; Mr. Chantanon Wannakhajorn, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy; and Mr. Sarawut Kaewtathip, Director-General of the Department of Energy Business. In response to flooding in Bangkok, its surrounding areas, and other provinces, IRPC provided fuel through the Ministry of Energy to support relief operations and field activities in affected areas. In collaboration with PTT Group, the Company also distributed IRPC drinking water and relief kits to help affected communities and ease the hardships caused by the flooding. In Rayong Province, IRPC has continued to support its employees and surrounding communities around the IRPC Industrial Zone. These efforts include evacuating flood-affected employees to safe areas and establishing shelters for employees and local communities. The Company also prepared sandbags for flood protection and cleared obstructions around drainage gates to facilitate water flow and reduce the impact on surrounding areas. In addition, clean water was delivered to shelters, while IRPC drinking water and relief kits were distributed to flood-affected people in the area. These efforts reflect IRPC’s commitment to supporting its stakeholders and surrounding communities, as well as its collaboration with various sectors to help address and mitigate the impacts of flooding in an appropriate and timely manner. The initiatives are aligned with the Company’s commitment to responsible business practices and its ESG principles.  

The Board of Directors of IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) has resolved to appoint Mr. Sirimet Leepagorn as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective October 1, 2026. The appointment reflects the Board’s confidence in Mr. Sirimet Leepagorn’s capabilities, knowledge, expertise, and experience in the energy, petroleum, and petrochemical industries,as well as his understanding of the industry landscape and evolving business environment. His extensive experience will play an important role in continuing IRPC’s business operations and strengthening business continuity as the Company moves forward. Mr. Sirimet Leepagorn has more than 36 years of experience in the energy and petrochemical industries, covering engineering, business development, strategic planning and management,and organizational management. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Strategic Planning, IRPC Public Company Limited, before taking on assignments within the PTT Group, including Chief Operating Officer, Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), and Senior Executive Vice President, Special Affairs 3 – PTT Group Operational Excellence. In these roles, he played key roles in driving strategy, developing businesses, and enhancing organizational operational efficiency. Mr. Sirimet Leepagorn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Chiang Mai University and a Master of Business Administration from Burapha University. He has also completed executive and director development programs at leading institutions, including the Role of the Chairman Program (RCP50/2022) and the PTT Leadership Development Program (LDP II), Harvard Business School. With extensive expertise spanning engineering, technology, strategic planning, and organizational management, Mr. Sirimet Leepagorn brings a comprehensive understanding of the energy and petrochemical industries, as well as global energy transition trends and the evolving industry landscape. His ability to integrate knowledge and experience across diverse disciplines will support the Company in shaping its strategic direction, navigating industry changes, and strengthening IRPC’s long-term organizational resilience.

Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), received the honorary plaque and certificate for the 2026 Human Rights Model Organization Award at the Gold Level from the Rights and Liberties Protection Department, Ministry of Justice, at the Human Rights Awards 2026 ceremony held on September 24, 2026, at the Grand Diamond Ballroom, IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi. The ceremony was presided over by Pol. Lt. Gen. Ruttaphon Naowarat, Minister of Justice. This marks IRPC’s eighth consecutive year receiving the Human Rights Model Organization Award and the third consecutive year at the Gold Level, reaffirming the Company’s commitment to integrating the “Protect – Respect – Remedy” principles into its business operations and fostering a corporate culture that respects the rights and dignity of all individuals. IRPC continues to strengthen its human rights practices, from raising awareness and understanding within the organization to expanding collaboration with suppliers, business partners, communities, and stakeholders. Through knowledge sharing and capacity building, the Company aims to enhance human rights standards across its value chain. Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Pranarch Kosayanont, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy Planning and Business Development, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), together with Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, Chief New Business and Sustainability Officer, PTT Public Company Limited, and Air Chief Marshal Wisut Somphakdee, Chairman of the Royal Thai Air Force Renewable Energy Committee, attended the opening ceremony of a solar power generation project jointly undertaken by PTT Group and the Royal Thai Air Force. The ceremony was held at the Air Operations Control Command. The project comprises Solar Floating installations at the Air Operations Control Command and the 3rd Ordnance Factory, Directorate of Armament, Royal Thai Air Force, as well as a Solar Rooftop installation at Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Thai Air Force Academy. The initiative aims to promote clean energy adoption, support the transition toward a low-carbon society, and advance sustainability goals and the pursuit of Net Zero. The project covers solar power generation systems across three locations:

• Solar Rooftop at Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Thai Air Force Academy with a capacity of 1,131.33 kWp
• Solar Floating at the 3rd Ordnance Factory, Directorate of Armament, Royal Thai Air Force with a capacity of 682.11 kWp
• Solar Floating at the Air Operations Control Command with a capacity of 669.24 kWp

The initiative reflects IRPC’s commitment to supporting clean and renewable energy adoption, while strengthening collaboration with PTT Group and its partners to facilitate the energy transition and promote sustainable growth.
