IRPC recognised for digital energy excellence

23 December 2025 – Thailand Energy Awards 2024 honour IRPC’s leadership in energy efficiency and digital optimisation.IRPC Public Company Limited has reinforced its position as a leader in energy management and digital innovation after securing an Outstanding Award in the Creative Energy Project category at the Thailand Energy Awards 2024 for its Energy Efficiency and Reliability Improvement of the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) with Digital Optimisation project. The award was received by Lersak Thongruang, Senior Executive Vice President, Operation, in recognition of the company’s success in applying digital technology to enhance energy efficiency and operational reliability. The award was presented by caretaker Energy Minister Auttapol Rerkpiboon, who presided over the ceremony organised by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The event recognises organisations demonstrating outstanding performance in energy efficiency and sustainable energy development. The accolade reflects the strong performance of IRPC’s crude distillation unit (ADU1), which has achieved effective energy management through digital optimisation to improve operational efficiency and maximise resource utilisation, in line with the company’s long-term sustainable development goals.

IRPC Donates Fuel Cards to Aid Flood Relief

2 December 2025 – To support ongoing flood relief efforts in southern Thailand, fuel cards valued at 100,000 baht were presented to the Ministry of Energy by IRPC Public Company Limited on December 2, 2025. The contribution was formally received by Minister of Energy Mr Auttapol Rerkpiboon from Mr Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Ms Wanida Utaisomnapa, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Commercial and Marketing, IRPC. The donation forms part of the ministry’s initiative “Energy Helping People – Assisting Flood Victims in the South”, providing essential fuel for vehicles involved in rescue operations, repairs, and restoration following severe flooding in the region. Supporting organisations include the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), PTT Public Company Limited, and oil traders under Section 7. The handover ceremony was held at the Ministry of Energy, Building B, Energy Complex Center. This donation is part of the “We Care by IRPC” project, underscoring IRPC’s commitment to supporting Thai society and encouraging resilience in times of crisis. “IRPC Creates Good Things for the Future.”

Recycled polypropylene sheets from the “From Wastes to Walk” project will help produce essential assistive devices for patients and persons with disabilities. IRPC, in collaboration with EPP, is advancing the “From Wastes to Walk” initiative by donating recycled PP plastic sheets to the Prostheses Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother, to support the production of assistive devices for patients and persons with disabilities. IRPC Posts Q3 Profit, Anchors Growth on 4R

(5 November 2025) IRPC reports a turnaround profit of THB 340 million in Q3/2025, driven by improved product spreads and strategic execution under its long-term 4R plan for sustainable growth. A stronger market environment and disciplined execution of turnaround strategies have helped IRPC Public Company Limited return to profit in the third quarter of 2025, underscoring its growing operational resilience. Supported by higher product spreads and favourable crude oil conditions, the company posted a net profit of THB 340 million, marking a sharp rebound from a loss of THB 2.13 billion in the previous quarter. Led by Therdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC reported total revenue of THB 57.94 billion, up THB 1.14 billion or 2% quarter-on-quarter, driven by a 1% increase in average selling prices in line with rising crude oil benchmarks and a 1% increase in Market Gross Refining Margin (Market GRM). The company’s Market Gross Integrated Margin (Market GIM) rose to THB 5.49 billion, equivalent to USD 9.04 per barrel, reflecting a 5% improvement from Q2/2025. (21 October 2025) IRPC and the PTT Group have signed an MoU to strengthen advanced vocational education through the iPEC programme, developing high-skilled graduates to support Thailand’s energy and petrochemical industries. IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), led by Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, has presided over the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Phase 4 of the “Intelligent Petrochemical and Energy Consultant” (iPEC) project. The collaboration brings together PTT Public Company Limited, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (PTT OR), PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, Thai Oil Public Company Limited, and Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited.
