IRPC implements a stakeholder engagement framework, supported by procedures and guidelines, to guide consistent and structured engagement with stakeholders across all operational sites and business activities. Recognizing the dynamic nature of the business environment, IRPC regularly reassesses stakeholder prioritization and conducts periodic reviews of stakeholder perceptions, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to align engagement strategies with evolving stakeholder expectations.
To support effective engagement, IRPC has implemented a formal complaint management mechanism to capture, track, and address stakeholder feedback. All complaints are received through the 24-hour Emergency Control Center, assigned to relevant functions for investigation, and reported to the Board of Directors, with initial responses provided within one hour. Recognizing that stakeholders, particularly local communities, may face barriers in accessing or utilizing communication channels, multiple accessible channels are provided, both online and offline, supported by proactive engagement through regular site visits and direct interactions to raise awareness, improve accessibility, and enable stakeholders to effectively communicate concerns and inquiries. IRPC also continues to strengthen stakeholder engagement through the development of KPIs and a lesson-learned tracking system to enhance performance measurement and continuous improvement.
In 2025, IRPC maintained ongoing and appropriate engagement across all stakeholder groups to systematically assess both positive and negative impacts arising from operations. IRPC responded to the expectations and key concerns of seven stakeholder groups as outlined below.
