Award highlights IRPC’s leadership in equality, diversity, and sustainability. (September 22, 2025) IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), led by Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, has received the Gold Award for Outstanding Human Rights Model Organisation 2025 from the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice. This marks the seventh consecutive year of recognition. IRPC is the first and only private organisation in Thailand to secure the Gold Award for two consecutive years. The award was presented by Pol. Col. Tawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, at a ceremony held at the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok. This achievement reflects IRPC’s commitment to promoting equality, embracing diversity, and ensuring fair treatment of all stakeholders. It also underscores the dedication of the Board of Directors, executives, and employees in advancing sustainability through social responsibility, good governance, and transparency. At the same time, IRPC continues to enhance the quality of its products and services, foster trust, and strengthen partner networks to jointly build a sustainable low-carbon society.

On July 7, 2025, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), represented by Ms. Somruidee Charoenkrongsakul, Senior Vice President Office of Corporate Affairs, received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Anti-Corruption Foundation in recognition of the company’s outstanding support for anti-corruption initiatives.

Recognised for five consecutive years for championing human rights in business. IRPC Public Co., Ltd. (IRPC), led by President and CEO Terdkiat Prommool, has been awarded the Gold Award for Outstanding Organisation in Human Rights for the sixth consecutive year. The honour was presented by Police Colonel Tawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, at a ceremony hosted by the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice, at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel. IRPC is the first and only private organisation in Thailand to achieve this prestigious recognition, underscoring its steadfast commitment to sustainable and socially responsible business practices. A Commitment to Protect, Respect, and Remedy The accolade highlights IRPC’s adherence to international human rights principles of “Protect, Respect, Remedy.” The company places a strong emphasis on equality, equity, and diversity, integrating these values into its operations. “We are dedicated to upholding human rights, promoting equality, and fostering acceptance of diversity,” said Mr. Terdkiat. “This commitment drives us to continuously raise the standards of our operations and contribute to a sustainable future.” IRPC’s leadership in human rights reflects its vision to create positive, lasting impacts on society and set a benchmark for responsible business practices in Thailand.

IRPC earned recognition for promoting gender equality through community engagement, focusing on empowering elderly women in Rayong Province to develop sustainable income-generating skills. IRPC Public Co., Ltd., represented by Vitarn Jindamai, Vice President of IRPC Industrial Zone, Corporate Social Responsibility and Community, received the second runner-up award at the 2024 Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Awards, hosted by UN Women. The award was given in the category of promoting gender equality through community activities and industrial engagement. The recognition highlights the company’s initiatives aimed at empowering elderly people in Rayong Province, particularly elderly women, by equipping them with skills to generate income and contribute sustainably to society. The award for promoting gender equality through community activities and industrial engagement is presented to organisations that support gender equality through community involvement. This includes integrating strategies to promote gender equality and sustainable development through charitable or social projects, as well as collaborating with NGOs, international organisations, and other groups committed to achieving greater gender balance within the community.

เมื่อวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2567  นายธวัชชัย ชัยปราโมทย์ ผู้จัดการอาวุโส กำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี ผู้แทน บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) เข้ารับโล่รางวัลเกียรติคุณจากมูลนิธิต่อต้านการทุจริต โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ วิชา มหาคุณ ประธานกรรมการมูลนิธิต่อต้านการทุจริต ประธานในพิธีเป็นผู้มอบ สำหรับองค์กรที่ให้การสนับสนุนมูลนิธิต่อต้านการทุจริตอย่างดียิ่ง ประจำปี 2567 โดยมีบริษัทในกลุ่ม ปตท. ที่ร่วมรับรางวัล ประกอบด้วย PTT, PTT EP, PTT GC, GPSC และ OR  ทั้งนี้ เพื่อยกย่องเชิดชูเกียรติแก่องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถาบันภาคเอกชนและภาคประชาชน ที่เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาล ด้วยความโปร่งใส ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีการกำกับกิจการที่ดีและปลูกฝังวัฒนธรรมต่อต้านการทุจริตในทุกรูปแบบ เพื่อยกระดับความโปร่งใสของประเทศชาติให้ดียิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ร่วมทำบุญครบรอบ 9 ปี ของการจัดตั้งมูลนิธิต่อต้านการทุจริต ณ สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ  กรุงเทพฯ

Mr. Thammasak Punyowatkool, Executive Vice President, Procurement, IRPC Public Co., Ltd. received CAC Change Agent Award 2023 from Dr. Kulpatra Sirodom, Chairman, Thai Institute of Directors Association and Thai Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC), this award honors companies certified by CAC and have induced business partners to join CAC with the objective to establish a transparent and corruption free business network. In addition, IRPC Technology College, led by Dr. Preeda Boonsilp, Managing Director of IRPC Technological College (IRPCT) received renewal CAC membership for the second time, signifying the college’s effort as a corruption-free educational institution at the “CAC National Conference 2023” on December 7, 2023 at the Siam Kempinski Hotel, Bangkok.

On November 17, 2023,  Miss Arisara Suthasut, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs represented IRPC Public Co., Ltd. in receiving honorable mention for “Transparent Organization” from Police General Watcharapol Prasarnrajkit , President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission at the 11th NACC Integrity Awards organized by Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to acknowledge organizations, government sector, state enterprises, and private sector committed to good governance and elevate Thailand’s transparency standing to be on par with the international standard. NACC Integrity Award is an award for integrity, ethics and honesty reflecting the effort of IRPC to conduct business in accordance to good governance, transparency and accountability with effective measures to prevent corruption and conflicts of interest. This award signifies the company’s achievement and boosters the development of good corporate governance for further sustainable growth.

IRPC, led by Kris Imsang, Director/President, and Chief Executive Officer, has received an honourable certificate and accolade recognising it as the outstanding “Human Rights Model Organisation” for 2023, marking the 5th consecutive year of this achievement from the Rights and Liberties Protection Department, Ministry of Justice. Awarded in the Large Enterprise category, IRPC is commended for its commitment to conducting business with a focus on human rights, equality, diversity, and responsibility toward its partners. The award was presented by Police Colonel Tawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, on September 22, 2023, at the Miracle Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok. IRPC conducts its business by adhering to international human rights principles, including “Protect”, “Respect”, and “Remedy”, serving as operational frameworks that guide the organisation, stakeholders, executive members, staff, trade partners, customers, communities, and collaborative networks.
