
IRPC Wins Gold for Human Rights Excellence
Award highlights IRPC’s leadership in equality, diversity, and sustainability. (September 22, 2025) IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), led by Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, has received the Gold Award for Outstanding Human Rights Model Organisation 2025 from the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice. This marks the seventh consecutive year of recognition. IRPC is the first and only private organisation in Thailand to secure the Gold Award for two consecutive years. The award was presented by Pol. Col. Tawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, at a ceremony held at the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel, Bangkok. This achievement reflects IRPC’s commitment to promoting equality, embracing diversity, and ensuring fair treatment of all stakeholders. It also underscores the dedication of the Board of Directors, executives, and employees in advancing sustainability through social responsibility, good governance, and transparency. IRPC Joins Forces Against Corruption on National Anti-Corruption Day 2025
On September 6, 2025, Miss Somruidee Charoenkrongsakul, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, IRPC Public Company Limited, led the CACG team to participate in the National Anti-Corruption Day event held at the Professor Sangvien Indaravijaya Auditorium, the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The event was organized by the Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT) under the theme “No Corruption, No Progress. Is It True?” to foster awareness and a strong sense of integrity in combating corruption at all levels of society. The event gathered representatives from the business sector, government agencies, and civil society organizations. IRPC’s participation reflects the Company’s strong commitment to playing an active role in driving Thai society toward greater transparency and sustainability.

IRPC Wins Five Awards at Asian Excellence 2025
IRPC, represented by senior executives, received five prestigious awards at the 15th Asian Excellence Award 2025 hosted by Corporate Governance Asia. IRPC, represented by Phichin Aphiwantanaporn, Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Accounting & Finance, and Athita Anantaturakarn, Senior Manager of Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations, along with the executive board members and staff, received five awards at the 15th Asian Excellence Award 2025 hosted by Corporate Governance Asia. The awards include Asia’s Best CEO, Asia’s Best CFO, Best Investor Relations Professional, two awards under Best Investor Relations Company, and Sustainable Asia Award. The Asian Excellence Award, hosted by Corporate Governance Asia, a finance magazine specialising in the monetary outlook in Hong Kong and Asia, recognises leaders and organisations with excellent management, governance, financial management, investor relations, and social contribution activities aligning with international standards. The judgement on winning awards is based on the organisation profile and surveys collected from investors, analysts, and honourable figures throughout Asia.

IRPC Oil Renews Membership in Anti-Corruption Initiative

IRPC Wins Second Runner-up at 2024 WEPs Awards
IRPC earned recognition for promoting gender equality through community engagement, focusing on empowering elderly women in Rayong Province to develop sustainable income-generating skills. IRPC Public Co., Ltd., represented by Vitarn Jindamai, Vice President of IRPC Industrial Zone, Corporate Social Responsibility and Community, received the second runner-up award at the 2024 Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Awards, hosted by UN Women. The award was given in the category of promoting gender equality through community activities and industrial engagement. The recognition highlights the company’s initiatives aimed at empowering elderly people in Rayong Province, particularly elderly women, by equipping them with skills to generate income and contribute sustainably to society. The award for promoting gender equality through community activities and industrial engagement is presented to organisations that support gender equality through community involvement. This includes integrating strategies to promote gender equality and sustainable development through charitable or social projects, as well as collaborating with NGOs, international organisations, and other groups committed to achieving greater gender balance within the community.

IRPC รับโล่รางวัลเกียรติคุณจากมูลนิธิต่อต้านการทุจริต

IRPC joins the 7th National Dialogue on Business and Human Rights
Mr. Thawatchai Chaipramote, Senior Manager, Corporate Governance Manager participated in the 7th National Dialogue on Business and Human Rights on the theme “Embracing Digital Transformation, Achieving Sustainable Business” organized by Rights and Liberties Protection Department, Ministry of Justice together with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Global Compact Network Association (GCNT) on December 12, 2023 at Avani Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel. The objective is to communicate and exchange views on technological growth and motivate business sector in utilizing digital technology in development for sustainable growth which will enhance the development of the country with Corporate Digital Responsibility.
