The leadership transition at IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) marks a significant moment as the role of President and CEO is officially passed from the current CEO to Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at PTT Public Co., Ltd. (PTT). Starting October 1, 2024, Mr. Terdkiat becomes the 8th CEO of IRPC, with a clear mandate to drive strategic growth and further the company’s vision of “Innovating Material and Energy Solutions for a Balanced Life.” The handover ceremony was held at the Suan Son Room, 6th floor, Energy Complex Building B.

คุณอาริสรา สุธาสุทธิ์ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ สำนักกิจการองค์กร บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดการแข่งขันจักรยานบีเอ็มเอ็กซ์ชิงแชมป์เอเชีย 2024 “Asian BMX Continental Championships 2024”  ในฐานะที่ ไออาร์พีซี เป็นผู้สนับสนุนสมาคมกีฬาจักรยานแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับการดำเนินงานของ ไออาร์พีซี ในการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมด้านกีฬามาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมี คุณขจร ศรีชวโนทัย อธิบดีกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น เป็นประธานในพิธีฯ เมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2567 ณ สนามบีเอ็มเอ็กซ์ สวนกีฬากมล โดยการแข่งขันครั้งนี้ ถือได้ว่าเป็นการจัดแข่งขันที่มีความสำคัญ เนื่องจากเป็นการแข่งขันเพื่อเก็บคะแนนสะสม เพื่อให้ได้สิทธิ์ในการแข่งขันโอลิมปิกเกมส์ ครั้งที่ 33 ณ กรุงปารีส ประเทศฝรั่งเศสในปี 2024

IRPC Public Company Limited held the 2024 Annual General Meeting as an e-Meeting in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Electronic Meetings, B.E. 2563, and related criteria. The meeting was presided over by Siriwan Chierapong along with Kris Imsang, IRPC Chairman, Board Committee Members, Executive Board Members, Auditors, and Legal Advisers. The meeting was also joined by 219 shareholders and proxies, accounting for 11,118,630,451 shares or 54.41 percent. At the meeting, the Chairman presented a report on the operating results for the year 2023, investment plans, and expected growth directions to shareholders to build confidence among them. The meeting extended to announcing the proposal of significant agendas for shareholder approval as required by law, including the approval of financial statements, annual dividend payment, appointment of auditors, appointment of new directors, and determination of directors’ remuneration, with the aim of endorsing participation among shareholders regarding social responsibility. Represented by the shareholders, the board of directors contributed a donation of 100,000 baht to the “Foundation to Support Children’s Heart Surgery”, which the company has supported for the 12th consecutive year. เมื่อวันที่ 29 มีนาคม 2567 คุณพิจินต์ อภิวันทนาพร รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บัญชีและการเงิน ไออาร์พีซี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูง กลุ่ม ปตท.  เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือการสนับสนุนสมาคมกีฬา จากหน่วยงานรัฐวิสาหกิจและภาคเอกชน โดยมี คุณเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธี โดย กลุ่ม ปตท. ได้ผนึกพลังร่วมขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย Soft Power ของประเทศทางด้านกีฬา โดยสนับสนุนสมาคมกีฬา จำนวน 20 สมาคม และมีแผนการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี (ปี พ.ศ. 2567 – พ.ศ.2570) เพื่อวางแผนการพัฒนานักกีฬาในระยะยาวอย่างครบวงจรให้มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน ณ ตึกสันติไมตรี ทำเนียบรัฐบาล

On September 27, 2023, Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, along with the executive team and employees joined in welcoming shareholders whereby the group was provided an overview of the company’s operations, progress of various projects at Synergy Hall, 6th floor, Energy Complex Center.   The afternoon session took place at the IRPC Ayutthaya Oil Depot operation whereby with executives and staffs of the oil depot welcomed and joined in making merit at Phanan Choeng Temple, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. This activity is in line with the corporate governance principle and enhanced understanding in the company’s business and ownership of the shareholders.

On May 20, 2023, Miss Arisara Suthasut, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary, IRPC joined the Open House of Sarn Palung x PTT Group Young Socialpreneur Hackathon organized by Sarn Palung Social Enterprise Company Ltd. (PTTSE) in collaboration with PTT Group in welcoming new generation of innovators who are interested in social business development whereby Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat. Chief New Business and Infrastructure Officer, PTT and Mr. Worapong Nakchatree, Executive Vice President, Sustainability Management, PTT as President of Sarn Palung Social Enterprise Company Ltd. joined in sharing their visions and social innovation outlook.

On May 5, 2023, Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Public Co.,Ltd. welcomed visit from Mr. Disathat Panyarachun, Director (Non-executive Director) and PTT Retail Business Co Ltd. (PTTOR) executives and attended briefing on the overall operation of the company by Mr. Woravuth Sivapetranart, Senior Executive Vice President, Operation whereby Miss Wanida Utaisomnapa, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Commercial and Marketing introduced IRPC’s products and Mr. Anucha Somjitchob,  Executive Vice President, IRPC Innovation Center presented IRPC’s product research and development.  In addition, the team visited Product Highlight and discussed product and service cooperation at IRPC Innovation Center.

On April 5, 2023, IRPC Public Co., Ltd. held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in e-Meeting format in accordance to the Royal Decree on Teleconferences through Electronic Means B.E. 2563 (2020) and related statutory protocols with Mr. Siri Jirapongphan, Chairman presided over the meeting and Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, Board of director, Management Team, executives, auditors, legal advisors in attendance.  The meeting presented summary of the Company’s operating results for the year 2022 and the Company’s business outlook and future investment projects to boost Shareholders’ confidence. Important agendas were presented for consideration such as annual dividend payment, appointment of auditor, elect new directors to replace those whose terms have completed their terms etc. There were 393 shareholders, both by present in person and by proxy granted, amounting to 11,555,012,093 shares in total, representing 56.55%.  Shareholders shared their inquiries online and the meeting was carried out in an orderly manner which ended in 2 hours. To encourage shareholder participation and demonstrate social responsibility, The Board of Directors of IRPC Public Company Limited used this occasion to donate 100,000 Baht to the “Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation” to help children living in poverty whereby donation has been made…

On March 2, 2023, Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Public Co., Ltd. presided over the signing of Memorandum of Understanding of Manpower Development Project in Advanced Vocational Education in the fields of Petrochemical, Energy Technical, mechatronics, and robotics (iPEC) Phase 3 with PTT Group whereby Dr. Preeda Boonsilp, Managing Director of IRPC Technological College (IRPCT) Mr.Chadil Chavanalikikorn, Senior Executive Vice President, Organization Effectiveness and Corporate Governance, PTT  Mr. Anutin Chuaypen, Exec Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness, PTT Global Chemical Public Co., Ltd. Mr. Viroj Wongsathirayakhun, Executive Vice President-Organization Effectiveness, Thai Oil Public Co., Ltd. Mr. Wisarn Chawalitanon, Senior Executive Vice President – Organization Effectiveness , PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Co., Ltd. and  Mrs. Prinda Ma-imjai, Senior Vice President Organization Effectiveness,  Global Power Synergy Company Public Limited co-sign the said MOU with the objective to provide scholarships for students to generate high potential vocational students whereby Mr. Sanga Taecheuasai, Assistant secretary of the committee, Vocational Education Commission witnessed the signing at 6th floor conference room, Energy Complex Building, Bangkok.
