IRPC accelerates 4R strategy: “Recapitalise, Revitalise, Reframe, Reinvent”

19 February 2026 – IRPC launches a proactive financial discipline to strengthen stability and long-term returns, while advancing low-carbon transition IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) led by Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer announced “In 2025, the petrochemical industry continued to face structural pressures from global oversupply, intense price competition, energy price volatility driven by geopolitical factors and trade uncertainties. The Thai economy also remained subdued, limiting industry margins.” Throughout 2025, IRPC proactively strengthened capital management, optimised its investment portfolio, enhanced production and operational efficiency and implemented comprehensive risk management. The company established a “Crisis War Room” to closely monitor economic and market developments and adopted a “Domestic First” sales strategy to mitigate volatility. These measures enhanced competitiveness, reduced earnings fluctuations and supported expansion into future-oriented businesses, particularly specialty products and advanced materials aligned with the circular economy and clean energy trends under its 4R strategic framework

7 February 2026 – IRPC Public Company Limited, in collaboration with the PTT Group, co-hosted the Royal Abhidhamma Chanting Ceremony in reverent dedication to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Associate Professor Dr. Chaiyaporn Puprasert, Chairman of the Board; Dr. Khanapoj Joemrith, Independent Director; and Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, together with executives and employees of IRPC Public Company Limited, humbly joined in co-hosting the ceremony. Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, President and Chief Executive Officer of PTT Public Company Limited, graciously presided over the ceremony and laid a wreath in respectful homage before Her Majesty’s portrait. Also in attendance were directors, executives, and employees from the PTT Group, numbering more than 530 persons, who assembled in solemn unity to express their deepest sorrow and to pay humble tribute in grateful remembrance of Her Majesty’s boundless benevolence and immeasurable royal grace. 4 February 2026 – IRPC Public Company Limited, Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd., and PTT Public Company Limited have announced the successful development of an innovative recycled plastic compound combining rPET and rHDPE, reinforcing the Thai industrial sector’s commitment to advancing the Circular Economy. The announcement ceremony was attended by Mr. Terdkiet Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC Public Company Limited; Mr. Piti Bhirombhakdi, First Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Production Officer, Boon Rawd Brewery Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Prasong Intaranongpai, Chief Operating Officer, Downstream Petroleum Business Group, PTT Public Company Limited. This innovative rPET and rHDPE recycled plastic compound enhances the value of post-consumer materials by transforming them into high-performance products. It offers superior strength compared to conventional recycled plastics, improved impact resistance, and suitability for repeated use. The material is industrially viable, environmentally friendly, and is currently pending patent registration. This collaboration underscores the power of integrating expertise, technology, and capabilities across the entire value chain to meet growing market and consumer demand for sustainable solutions. 22 January 2026 – IRPC participated in the “The 2026 Aroon Sorathesn Commemoration” under the theme “Beyond Boundaries: Scope 3 & the Future of Low-Carbon Business.” The forum served as a knowledge-sharing platform on greenhouse gas (GHG) management, with a strong focus on Scope 3 emissions. The event was organized by the Aroon Sorathesn Foundation, in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, and the Carbon Institute for Sustainability (CBiS). Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyaporn Puprasert, Chairman of IRPC, delivered a keynote on “Sustainability of IRPC,” highlighting the proactive role of industry in driving sustainability through concrete, environmentally responsible operational transformations toward a low-carbon business model. A special lecture titled “Thailand’s Climate Change Act and the New Era of Net-Zero Governance” was delivered by Dr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich, Director General Department of Climate Change and Environment. IRPC has been continuously supporting innovative plastic sheets for the Prostheses Foundation for more than 15 years.

23 January 2026 – Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), delivered 6,000 polypropylene (PP) plastic sheets to the Prostheses Foundation of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother. The donation was received by Clinical Professor Niwes Nantachit, M.D., Secretary-General of the Prostheses Foundation of HRH the Princess Mother, together with the Foundation’s executives, at the Prostheses Foundation in Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai Province. IRPC has been implementing the Prostheses Project in collaboration with the Prostheses Foundation since 2011, with the objective of ensuring that the Foundation has sufficient high-quality raw materials for the production of prosthetic limbs for amputees. The project is supported by IRPC’s partner, Eastern Poly Pack Co., Ltd. (EPP), which uses IRPC’s innovative Polimaxx PP Copolymer resin—jointly researched and developed with the Prostheses Foundation and featuring translucency, smooth surface, flexibility, and high strength—to manufacture plastic sheets sized 41 x 41 cm with a thickness of 12 mm. These sheets are donated to the Foundation for use in producing prosthetic sockets for amputees of all nationalities and religions, free of charge, in accordance with the royal initiative of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother. IRPC Receives Royal Plaque and Commemorative Pin as a Supporter of the Prostheses Foundation

21 January 2026 –  Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC Public Company Limited, received a royal plaque of recognition and a commemorative pin graciously bestowed by Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. the Princess Mother, Chiang Mai Province. IRPC has continuously supported the Prostheses Foundation since 2011 through its prosthetic support initiatives by donating polypropylene (PP) plastic sheets for the production of prosthetic sockets. In addition, the Company has implemented the From Wastes to Walk project, which recycles PP plastic remnants from the manufacturing process back into the recycling system. The recycled materials are then reused to support the Foundation’s operations, helping advance the Circular Economy while creating sustainable social value.
