IRPC Partners with Government & Academia to Advance Thailand’s Net Zero Goal

22 January 2026 – IRPC participated in the “The 2026 Aroon Sorathesn Commemoration” under the theme “Beyond Boundaries: Scope 3 & the Future of Low-Carbon Business.” The forum served as a knowledge-sharing platform on greenhouse gas (GHG) management, with a strong focus on Scope 3 emissions. The event was organized by the Aroon Sorathesn Foundation, in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, and the Carbon Institute for Sustainability (CBiS). Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyaporn Puprasert, Chairman of IRPC, delivered a keynote on “Sustainability of IRPC,” highlighting the proactive role of industry in driving sustainability through concrete, environmentally responsible operational transformations toward a low-carbon business model. A special lecture titled “Thailand’s Climate Change Act and the New Era of Net-Zero Governance” was delivered by Dr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich, Director General Department of Climate Change and Environment. The session outlined Thailand’s Climate Change Act and a new governance framework designed to strengthen the competitiveness and adaptability of Thai businesses under global climate rules. IRPC signs MOU to leverage Thailand’s plastic industry towards Industry 5.0

8 January 2026 – IRPC, in collaboration with SCGC and GC, aims to upgrade innovative development and flood prevention IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) led by Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Plastics Institute of Thailand to enhance the competitiveness of Thailand’s plastics industry. The signing took place at the “DIPROM Rama IV Open House”, organised by the Department of Industrial Promotion under the Ministry of Industry. The signing ceremony was presided over and witnessed by Dr Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana,Minister of Industry, along with senior executives from both the public and private sectors. This collaboration is one of three MoUs between the Plastics Institute of Thailand and key industry partners, namely IRPC, SCG Chemicals Public Company Limited (SCGC) and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC). Under the partnership, IRPC will support the transfer of knowledge, technology and innovation in high value-added plastic materials, as well as the further development of IRPC’s innovative products. IRPC Supports Marine Conservation Foundation to Foster a Sustainable Thai Sea

IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), led by Miss Narisa Tumma-upakorn, Executive Vice President, Corporate People and Organization Effectiveness, presented a financial contribution to the Marine and Coastal Resources Conservation Foundation of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya. The donation was received by Admiral Suvin Jangyodsuk, Vice Chairman of the Princess Sirivannavari Thai Coral Reef and Marine Life Conservation Foundation, at Phalang Thai 1 Room, Building 1, PTT Headquarters. This initiative reflects IRPC’s strong commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable development by supporting the conservation and restoration of Thailand’s marine ecosystem. The contribution will help promote awareness and encourage public participation in protecting the nation’s valuable marine resources through tangible activities such as coral planting, marine debris collection, educational exhibitions, and training programs. Through this collaboration, IRPC continues to uphold its dedication to creating shared value for society and the environment, in line with the royal aspiration of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya to preserve Thailand’s marine resources for future generations.

IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) received the Green Industry Level 4 Award – Green Culture (GI4) for the year 2025, organized by the Ministry of Industry under the concept “Together We Grow Greener.” The award presentation was presided over by Mr. Nattapol Rangsitpol, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Industry, to recognize industrial factories that are committed to continuously improving their production processes and environmental management efficiency. The ceremony took place at the Royal Thai Army Club (Vibhavadi), Bangkok. (September 15, 2025) IRPC Public Co., Ltd. has been recognised with the “Climate Action Excellence Awards 2025” for its outstanding performance in greenhouse gas management. The honour was received on behalf of the company by Mr Pongsak Wattanakarunwong, Senior Vice President of Sustainable Strategic Plan, and presented by Mr Kittipong Limsuwanroj, Executive Director and Chairman of the Climate Change Pillar of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), during the Climate Change Forum 2025: Driving towards Net Zero, held at M Tower, Bangkok. IRPC Honoured for Excellence in Greenhouse Gas Management
