Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Pranarch Kosayanont, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy Planning and Business Development, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), together with Dr. Buranin Rattanasombat, Chief New Business and Sustainability Officer, PTT Public Company Limited, and Air Chief Marshal Wisut Somphakdee, Chairman of the Royal Thai Air Force Renewable Energy Committee, attended the opening ceremony of a solar power generation project jointly undertaken by PTT Group and the Royal Thai Air Force. The ceremony was held at the Air Operations Control Command. The project comprises Solar Floating installations at the Air Operations Control Command and the 3rd Ordnance Factory, Directorate of Armament, Royal Thai Air Force, as well as a Solar Rooftop installation at Navaminda Kasatriyadhiraj Royal Thai Air Force Academy. The initiative aims to promote clean energy adoption, support the transition toward a low-carbon society, and advance sustainability goals and the pursuit of Net Zero. Mr. Pongsak Wattanakarunwong, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning & Sustainability, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), represented the Company in receiving the 2026 Royal Forest Department Supporter Award in the Forest Resource Restoration and Development category, under the Honorary Pin distinction. Ms. Somruidee Charoenkhrongsakul, Senior Vice President, Office of Corporate Affairs, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), participated in the “YOUNG Rak Talay: SEA THE CHANGE: Creating a New Ocean World Together” exhibition at NEX Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon. The exhibition was organized to raise awareness and promote public participation in the conservation and restoration of Thailand’s marine resources. At the event, IRPC showcased environmental products and innovations, including food-grade HDPE wave attenuation buoys, food-grade UHMWPE protective plastic sheets, and 3D filament made from recycled PET. These solutions reflect IRPC’s approach to maximizing the value and utilization of plastics through upcycling. IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC) has been certified as a Climate Action Leading Organization (CALO) by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO), in its capacity as the Secretariat of the Thailand Carbon Neutral Network (TCNN). The certification reflects IRPC’s commitment as a member of the Thailand Carbon Neutral Network and its formal declaration of intent through registration as a Net Zero organization with TGO. It also demonstrates the Company’s tangible integration of greenhouse gas management and climate action into its business strategy. IRPC remains committed to driving sustainable growth by enhancing energy efficiency, advancing technology and innovation, promoting clean energy, and continuously reducing greenhouse gas emissions to support the transition to a low-carbon economy. Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), together with the Company’s executives, attended the official site handover ceremony for the 716-rai project site in Na Thap Subdistrict, Chana District, Songkhla Province. The project site was officially handed over to IRPC Clean Power Company Limited (IRPC-CP), represented by Mr. Sirimet Leepagorn, Chairman of the Company and President and Acting Chief Operating Officer of Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), for the development of the Na Thap Solar Power Project Phase I (NSP-I). Mr. Worawat Pitayasiri, President and Chief Executive Officer of GPSC, witnessed the ceremony. The NSP-I project is a solar farm with an installed capacity of 98 megawatts (MWdc) to be developed on IRPC-owned land. Full-scale construction is scheduled to commence shortly, with commercial operation expected by December 2028. The project is being developed through a collaboration among IRPC, IRPC-CP, GPSC, and Getz Energy. IRPC holds a 49% equity stake in IRPC-CP. Mr. Terdkiat Prommool, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), together with the management team, visited the construction site of the Floating Solar power generation project at the Air Operations Control Command (AOCC). The project has a production capacity of 669.24 kWp, with IRPC serving as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor for PTT Public Company Limited, the project owner. On this occasion, IRPC’s Renewable Energy Business Incubation Taskforce — comprising the Business Development Department, Engineering and Maintenance Department, and IRPC Innovation Center — introduced a new generation of HDPE floating platforms designed for solar panel installations. The innovation has been developed to support the growth of the clean energy business while creating new business opportunities for the future. The initiative reflects the Company’s commitment to driving innovation alongside sustainable growth and concretely supporting the country’s energy transition.  

IRPC participated in the “The 2026 Aroon Sorathesn Commemoration” under the theme “Beyond Boundaries: Scope 3 & the Future of Low-Carbon Business.” The forum served as a knowledge-sharing platform on greenhouse gas (GHG) management, with a strong focus on Scope 3 emissions. The event was organized by the Aroon Sorathesn Foundation, in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, and the Carbon Institute for Sustainability (CBiS). Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyaporn Puprasert, Chairman of IRPC, delivered a keynote on “Sustainability of IRPC,” highlighting the proactive role of industry in driving sustainability through concrete, environmentally responsible operational transformations toward a low-carbon business model. A special lecture titled “Thailand’s Climate Change Act and the New Era of Net-Zero Governance” was delivered by Dr. Phirun Saiyasitpanich, Director General Department of Climate Change and Environment.
