IRPC drives circularity with assistive device support

Recycled polypropylene sheets from the “From Wastes to Walk” project will help produce essential assistive devices for patients and persons with disabilities. IRPC, in collaboration with EPP, is advancing the “From Wastes to Walk” initiative by donating recycled PP plastic sheets to the Prostheses Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness the Princess Mother, to support the production of assistive devices for patients and persons with disabilities. On November 21, 2025, Ms Somruidee Charoenkrongsakul, Senior Vice President, Office of Corporate Affairs, and Ms Promporn Sinsoke, Senior Vice President, Specialty Petrochemical Business, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), together with Mr Teerawat Vitoorapakorn, Senior Managing Director of Eastern Poly Pack Co., Ltd. (EPP), a subsidiary of Eastern Polymer Group Plc, jointly presented the recycled polypropylene (PP) sheets to Prof Clin Dr Nivet Nanthachit, Secretary-General of the Prostheses Foundation. The handover ceremony was held during the closing of the 175th Royal Prosthesis Unit at the Multipurpose Dome, Thepharak Subdistrict Municipality Office, Mueang District, Samut Prakan.
