49 d) Others The Group had total cash outflows for leases for the year ended 31 December 2023 of Baht 111 million (2022: Baht 113 million) (the Company only: Baht 219 million, 2022: Baht 218 million), including the cash outflow related to short-term lease, leases of low-value assets and variable lease payments that do not depend on an index or a rate. 20.2 Group as a lessor The Group has entered into operating leases for its investment property portfolio consisting of land and building (see Note 14 to consolidated financial statements) of the lease terms are between 1 and 22 years.
