Miss Arisara Suthasut, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Board Member, Global Compact Network Thailand (GCNT) gave an opening remarks at the 6th National Conference on Business and Human Rights under the theme “Strengthening Access to Redress and Complaint Handling Mechanisms for Migrant Workers in Thailand” organized by the Global Compact Network of Thailand (GCNT) in collaboration with the Rights and Liberties Protection Department, Ministry of Justice, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), International Organization for Migration (IOM) and The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on December 16, 2022 at Sky View Hotel, Sukhumvit, Bangkok.

“Issues of human rights protection in labor migrant workers Including the remedial process and handling of various complaints are important issues that should be addressed in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNDPs Guidelines). IRPC, as a member of the Global Compact Network of Thailand (GCNT), would like to take part in supporting and driving the operations for sustainable economic and social development and growth of the country.”
