On August 26, 2022, IRPC together with Rayong Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office Choeng Noen Subdistrict Municipality, Sawangphon Kusol Foundation and relevant agencies participated in the exercise of the Level 2 Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Plan on Chemicals, Hazardous Substances, Fire and Evacuation with Mr. Woravuth Sivapetranart, Senior Executive Vice President, Petrochemical & Refinery Operation, together with IRPC Executive Mr. Anan Nakniyom, Rayong Deputy Governor, Khun Thitichai Lapvidhi, representative of the Mayor Choeng Noen Subdistrict Municipality and staff at the command center and simulation point in front of former Choeng Noen Sub-District Municipality and representatives from IRPC Bangkok Office and Rayong office assess the situation via VDO conference with the objective to be prepared and with the ability  to handle all means of hazards, provide timely emergency response and provide confidence to the general public.
