IRPC received Eco Factory Awards

IRPC received Eco Factory award and Eco Factory for Waste Processor award in the category of Resource and Environmental Impact Management for the area surrounding IRPC Industrial Estate for the 9th consecutive year.  The award was given to 6 operation units including 1) Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, Styrene and Styrene Acrylonitrile (ABS & SAN), 2) compounding plastic, 3) Ethyl benzene Styrene Monomer (EBSM), 4) EPS, 5) PTK Catalyst, and 6) UT-IP.  Eco Factory for Waste Processor award was given to 2 operating units, 1) waste water treatment plant 1 and 2 and 2) waste water treatment plant 3.

The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT) collaborated with the Federation of Thai Industry (FTI) organized the event at the Eco Innovation Forum 2023, Grand Hall, Bangkok Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna, under the concept “Mind inspire for Eco 2023”.

These awards reflect IRPC’s capability in effective management with good safety with efficient use of resources and energy with minimal waste, striving to conduct business that goes hand in hand with effective environmental management to achieve a Low Carbon Society for the society and stakeholders towards sustainable growth.
