IRPC joins forces with PTT Group to drive business with good governance at the 2022 PTT Group CG Day
On November 23, 2022 Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Plc. Mr. Supot Laosuarpha, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaiyaporn Puprasert, Member of the Corporate Governance Committee and General Aittipol Suwannarat, Member of the Corporate Governance Committee, including executives and employees of the Company participated in the 14th 2022 PTT Group CG Day under the concept of “Togetherverse – CG Power for Sustainability & Beyond” to demonstrate PTT Group’s collective power in operating under good corporate governance with transparency and engage personnel to apply good corporate governance principles within and outside the organization in preparation for future changes and challenges and striving to be a sustainable organization and encompassing confidence for all stakeholders. Within the event, there were PTT Group’s Top Executives Talk on Togetherverse – CG Power for Sustainability & Beyond, Good Corporate Governance Exhibition, interview with M.D. Lalana Kongtoranin about morality and good ethics in life and fun with CG Games at the Synergy Hall, 6th floor, Energy Complex Center and via Live Streaming.
