IRPC Carries on Thai tradition in the Mahachat Merit-Making Sermon Fair

            The Company and Ban Pluak Ket Community carried out a tradition of offering robes and other needs to monks in the Pluak Ket Temple, Choeng Noen District, Rayong Province. The year 2021 marked the 13th consecutive year to promote organizational ethics under the Public Benefit Volunteer Activity Project by involving employee’s participation in making merit for building good relationships with the communities surrounding the IRPC Industrial Estate.  

            While focusing on the Thai culture and tradition in order to preserve their existence, for this merit ceremony, the company donated 200,000 Baht to support the renovation of the church in the temple. 

          Thai Buddhists believe that Mahachat merit-making ceremony is a big merit making with great virtue to gain a deeper insight in Buddhism awell as to encourage Buddhism to remain.
