IRPC join forces with Beger to develop Thailand’s first innovative world standard paint and coating.
On June 21, 2023, Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Public Co., Ltd. and Dr.Worawat Chaiyosburana, Vice President of Beger Co., Ltd. signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the development of the Paint & Coatings project to establish world standard paint and coatings in Thailand using Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), an innovation developed by IRPC combined with Beger’s innovative paint and coatings which is resistant to harsh weather conditions, extend the durability of steel structures by three times, suitable for coating steel structures in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, airports, ports and bridges, etc. which reduce the frequency of structural maintenance. This is in line with the eco-friendly trend with products made from research and development of both companies with share goals to reduce imports and increase the competitiveness of the paint and coating industry.
