IRPC Arranges the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Under the Measure to Prevent COVID-19

Mr. Kris Imsang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Chavalit Tippawanich, Chief Executive Officer and President, the Board of Directors, IRPC’s executives and employees welcomed the shareholders at the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31st, 2021 at the Bangkok Convention Center, 5th Floor, Central Plaza Ladprao.  

The event was set up with conformity towards the measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus in accordance with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and advice of the Department of Disease Control for the highest security of the shareholders. The concise meeting was conducted with successfully completed results.   

The activities in the event included a donation of 100,000 Baht to the “Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation” in order to support heart surgery for poor pediatric patients nationwide, which the company has performed annually.
