IRPC announced strategic strategy mobilizing the organization
Mr. Chawalit Tippawanich, President & Chief Executive Officer, IRPC announced strategies to drive the organization through transformation with technology and innovation, aiming to raise the level of competitiveness, develop high value specialty product enhancing downstream business, focusing on chemical industry to achieve Smart Material & Smart Energy such as medical and health industry through partnerships and expand business growth while emphasizing the importance of conducting business in accordance with the principles of good governance with sustainable development.
IRPC set goals and ways to achieve success with 3 S strategies, namely Strengthening the core, enhancing competitiveness of core businesses, including investment plans in refinery efficiency improvement projects and diesel quality improvement to meet Euro 5 standards (Euro V). In addition, IRPC 4.0 has been improved with modern digital systems and technologies. Striving growth through increasing investments in potential businesses by increasing high-value specialty products and expanding business through cooperation with downstream petrochemical partners. Sustaining the future by development and innovation to reduce environmental impact and promote the quality of life that meets the evolving needs of consumers including the application of circular economy principles in the organization and creating social value by cooperating with Navamindradhiraj University to established the first comprehensive medical product standard testing laboratory in Thailand and Southeast Asia which will be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
