IRPC ได้รับการจัดอันดับจาก TRIS Rating ระดับ “A-”

เมื่อวันที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2567 ทริสเรทติ้ง (TRIS) ได้แจ้งผลเป็นทางการสำหรับการจัดอันดับเครดิตเรทติ้งของ บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) (IRPC) โดยมีอันดับเครดิตองค์กร ที่ระดับ “A-” แนวโน้มอันดับเครดิต “Stable” และ      จัดอันดับเครดิตหุ้นกู้ไม่ด้อยสิทธิ ไม่มีหลักประกันของ IRPC มูลค่ารวม 4.2 หมื่นล้านบาท ที่ระดับ “A-” แนวโน้มอันดับเครดิต “Stable” โดยอันดับเครดิตสะท้อนถึงมุมมองของ TRIS ต่อ IRPC ในฐานะบริษัทย่อยที่มีความสำคัญเชิงกลยุทธ์ต่อ บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) (PTT) และได้รับความช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนในการดำเนินธุรกิจจาก PTT ตลอดมา นอกจากนี้ TRIS คาดการณ์การฟื้นตัวของธุรกิจปิโตรเคมีในช่วงปี 2568-2569 ซึ่งจะเป็นผลดีต่อผลการดำเนินงานและสถานะทางการเงินของ IRPC ผลของอันดับเครดิตได้สะท้อนถึงสถานะทางธุรกิจของ IRPC ที่ดำเนินธุรกิจด้านโรงกลั่นน้ำมันร่วมกับธุรกิจปิโตรเคมี ทั้งนี้ IRPC มีการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อสนับสนุนพันธกิจของ PTT ซึ่งเป็นผู้ถือหุ้นหลัก […]

IRPC ขยายการลงทุนในบริษัทนวัตกรรมด้านวัสดุขั้นสูง (Advance Materials)

นายกฤษณ์ อิ่มแสง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (มหาชน) เปิดเผยว่า IRPC ได้ประกาศการลงทุนใน บริษัท คลีนเทค แอนด์ บียอนด์ จำกัด (Cleantech & Beyond) โดยการลงทุนในครั้งนี้เป็นการใช้ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา หรือ Intellectual Property (IP) ของ IRPC ซึ่งเกิดจากงานวิจัยที่ทำงานร่วมกับ     สถาบันวิทยสิริเมธี (VISTEC) มาแปลงเป็นหุ้นเพิ่มทุนในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 27.3 ใน บริษัท คลีนเทค แอนด์ บียอนด์ จำกัด ซึ่งการลงทุนนี้นอกจากสอดคล้องตามแผนกลยุทธ์ เพื่อแสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ในบริษัท Startup ต่อยอดธุรกิจ สร้างความเติบโตเข้มแข็งให้กับบริษัทฯ แล้วยังสอดคล้องกับแผนสร้างการเติบโตในระยะยาวและตอบโจทย์เมกะเทรนด์ ด้วยนวัตกรรมด้านวัสดุ ขั้นสูง (Advance materials) สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) อาทิ ใช้ติดเครื่องจักร หรืออุปกรณ์ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดเพลิงไหม้ หรือความเสียหายของอุปกรณ์ และอุตสาหกรรมด้านการขนส่งสินค้า […]
