PTT joins forces with IRPC to promote investment and business development Advanced Business Integration aiming to increase new business revenue
On November 7, 2022, Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa, Chief Operating Officer, Downstream Petroleum Business Group, PTT Plc., presided over the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding for the feasibility of Advanced Business Integration (ABI) strategy between PTT Public Company Limited and IRPC Public Company Limited whereby Mr. Prasong Intaranongpai, Senior Executive Vice President, Downstream Business Group, PTT Plc. and Mr. Kris Imsang, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Plc. along with Mr. Jaturong Worawitsurawatthana, Executive Vice President, Downstream Business Group Planning, PTT Plc. and Mr. Somkiat Lertritpuwadol, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy Planning and Business Development, IRPC Plc. joined in witnessing at Palang Thai Room.
PTT and IRPC will jointly develop 4 main business groups, namely High Performance Materials Business, Li-ion Battery Components Business, Purification Business and business related to Chemical for Life which are in line with PTT’s vision of Powering Life with Future Energy and Beyond. Initial stage will be focusing on the feasibility of Air and Water Purification which is in line with consumers inclination towards hygiene with readiness to increase competitiveness and added business value to Polypropylene (PP) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS).
