IRPC joins PTT Group to elevate IRPC Technological College (IRPCT) as a manpower development base in petrochemical and energy vocational education.

Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa, President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPC and Chairman of IRPC Technological College (IRPCT) presided over the signing of MOU “Manpower development project in advanced vocational education Petrochemical and Energy Technical (iPEC) Phase 2 “ between IRPCT and 6 PTT Group companies : 1. PTT Public Company Limited 2. Thai Oil Public Company Limited, IRPC Public Company Limited, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited 5. Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited and 6. PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited to elevate IRPCT as a manpower development base in vocational education whereby Mr. Autthaphol Sangkhwasri, Secretary-General of Vocational Education Commission provided the honor of attending the event.

Concurrently, 3 new majors were offered 1. Petrochemical (PETRO – ACE : Advance Competency in Petrochemical Engineering) 2. Energy Technical (ENERGY – ACE : Advance Competency in Energy Engineering) 3. Industrial Chemistry (CHEM – ACE): Advance Competency in Industrial Chemistry Engineering). In addition, the second phase of iPEC program added the field of mechatronics and robotics. The project has been opened since the academic year 2017 and plans to offer 75 scholarships per year.
